Qualifikation
I have a Master (MEng) in Civil Engineering from City University of London. I graduated with a First Class Honours. Before that, I studied for two years for a Physics degree at Universidade de Coimbra. I have, therefore, a strong background in maths and physics. More recently, after having my kids, I focused on studying teaching pedagogies that are more student-focused. Pedagogies that respect student's individual needs (especially children).
Beschreibung
My name is Ana. I am a mother of two young kids (Aurora 6yo and Artur 3yo). Before becoming a mother I was working as a traffic planner in a big international company. It was an amazing job and I love the work I have done there. Really exciting stuff! Nowadays I give more value to being able to manage my time and allow myself to accompany my kids in their childhood journey. I also have a passion for sharing knowledge, especially with children. Thus, tutoring is a logical answer for me. I pride myself on being flexible and adapting my teaching method to the needs of an individual student. I have always loads of ideas and I am sure we will have fun while learning.
