Mi chiamo Monica, sono Laureata in Discipline dello Spettacolo e della Comunicazione e ho preso un Master in Gestione, Formazione e Sviluppo delle Risorse Umane. Grazie alla mia esperienza in ambito associativo, come formatore di persone con diversi livelli di disabilità e di tutoraggio di ragazzi appartenenti a diverse realtà, ho capito che mi piace aiutare le persone a capire cosa possono fare e dove possono arrivare, aiutarli a vedere il mondo enorme che hanno dentro e che la cultura gli può aprire.

Ciao! Sono Monica e so quanto è importante trovare il giusto metodo per apprendere. Non per tutti è semplice perché le menti sono tutte diverse, ma proprio perché la mente è come un corridoio infinito, non esistono solo porte chiuse, magari ne andranno provate diverse, ma prima o poi si aprirà quella giusta. Io sono per la curiosità, farsi domande sempre e su tutto e cercare di sapere e apprendere il più possibile. Imparando dai nostri avi, ma aggiungendoci quel poco di curiosità in più ci siamo potuti evolvere.
