I am an ESL teacher who has been teaching for over 18 years. My lessons are geared towards individual/group needs. Besides, making rooms for students to engage in diverse discussions and talking about their everyday lives, adjusting methodologies to suit their professional and social lives, giving feedback and motivating them are key areas in my lessons. In line with this, patience, observation, dedication and adaptation are core qualities I hold very dearly.
