I am a student centered teacher who believes in the importance of effective communication, respect for diversity and the need to be innovative. I try to teach my students that education is not only about formal learning but also informal learning. I want them to become lifelong learners and work on their own potentials as well as enjoy learning. My teaching philosophy is that a teacher should support the students in their learning and help them develop confidence. I believe that it is important for teachers to show students who they are and what they can do, because this may lead to students' self-realization. My teaching philosophy is to teach students how to learn and how to think. I believe that learning is a lifelong process, and students will continue to change and grow throughout their lives. Therefore, by helping them understand the importance of learning, I can help them set good study habits in high school so they can continue these habits as they progress through their academic career.
