My teaching philosophy is inspiring curiosity in students without losing sight of the fact that the rigor and fun can co-exist to achieve what we want.
I am presently teaching where I am responsible for teaching English to grades 1-9. I am able to foster a positive learning environment in the classroom and have a knock for conflict resolution. I have managed to successfully increase the students reading and writing comprehension, test scores every year for the past four years.
My training and knowledge give me the ability to capture the attention of students while teaching them proper use of the English language. I try to go about teaching literature, grammar, spelling and writing in creative ways.I believe in using practical examples of real life, and other objects of visual aids to which students can relate.
My years of experience in public and private school, where I have learnt English language to different age students allow me to design tests and exams that will help to evaluate how well the students are learning.
I have the communication skills to convey information to students, parents and colleges clearly and efficiently whole the progress and situations of learning.
Teaching is my passion through all this years, and my work has proven this because my students not only teach English language but they love it. They started learning it from the age of 6 and are so much exited when we have lesson together.
