Qualifikation

I have played guitar since I was 12. I started with classic rock, moved to metal, pop, blues, soul, fusion and in the end into jazz studies at the University of West London in Ealing. I have performed around Europe with a ska-latin rock band for 2 years, and I taught privately in Italy for 4 years and in a school for 3 years. I have a degree in Jazz Performance from the University of West London. Lessons can include the study of theory - I am skilled at harmony, composition, arranging, orchestration and improvisation. I am also a piano player which can be helpful when teaching any instrument.

Beschreibung

I usually approach with simple lessons, connecting with the student's music tastes. I usually teach tunes and I connect them with theory, licks, scales and so on... I am patient, I don't ask homeworks and I give responsibilities and management to the student because it's the best way to learn music. I have also a clear DBS check, so I can teach to under 18 students too.
