My name is Heba ElHariry. I am a TESOL and TEFL-certified ESL instructor. I also have a Bachelor of English Arts, with a major in literature and a minor in linguistics. I am currently an online ESL instructor working with adults and young learners. Throughout my education and career, I have established extensive expertise in creating differentiated lesson plans that cater to students' goals, needs and expectations. I am highly skilled at identifying students' weaknesses and providing them with detailed feedback that highlights their strengths and the problems that they may have. I design effective and fruitful action plans to help them progress consistently. I am also familiar with the Cambridge framework for lower secondary. I have covered the Oxford English First Language material for Year 7 and 8 students. I am also proficient at designing original assessments in light of the Cambridge checkpoint assessments.
