I always care about my students. I encouraged students to learn and shared their opinions.

I showed my believing in their capacity to lead, and let them know they can be better themselves. For example, I asked my students to make presentations about their lives or interests or anything they would like to tell. One of the students showed his favourites movies to us, made a great power point and we all wanted to watch what he recommended. Students are willing to learn if they received positive advice and they always can do good. I allowed students to share in decision making and asked them to build their own rules for the class so they would follow them. And I never stopped them learning something else, even in the English class, they could share what their interests were and express them in English.
