I have a strong educational background in psychology and related fields. I am currently pursuing a BSc (Hons) Psychology degree at Kingston University, London, where I am conducting research on the impact of business psychology on customer services and customer relations. My research aims to provide strategies and insights for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty. I have also completed a foundation degree in psychology at the same university, where I wrote a dissertation on how business psychology can enhance employee engagement and performance in organizations. I have a keen interest in applying psychological principles to the workplace and the market. In addition to my psychology studies, I have also acquired other qualifications that complement my skills and interests. I have an NVQ Level 3 in Travel and Tourism from Westminster College, London, where I learned about the tourism industry and its challenges and opportunities. I have also studied Spanish at A Level at Barnet College, London, where I developed my language and communication skills. I have a good command of Spanish and I enjoy learning about different cultures and perspectives. I have also achieved excellent grades in my GCSEs at St Aloysious School, London, where I studied a range of subjects including English, Maths, Science, History and Art.
