I am currently completing my Master's In Teaching and my internship at a private school here in Madrid that is currently implementing IB and would like to continue my career in Spain after graduating this July 2023.

My educational philosophy centres around the development of emotional intelligence, cultural sensitivity, and globally aware individuals who are prepared to make meaningful contributions to society. Identifying innovative approaches to child brain development and improved emotional well-being and relationships solutions in classroom management both motivate and drive me. Empathy, individualism, and determination on creating a safe environment for children´s voices are my foundations for success. Incorporating what I call a ‘safe circle’, where students are allowed to be silly and do presentations without fear of judgment and making mistakes are one of my examples used in class to build confidence when showcasing work instead of standing in front of the class and speaking as not all students were extroverts.
I believe every child could give fresh perspectives which motives me to find new techniques to facilitate emotionally safe environments for them to evolve and grow. Similar to your institute, my goal is to encourage to inspire, challenge with respect and confidence, through activities on a basis of emotional intelligence, self-expression, critical thinking and a growth mind-set.

Formerly in my English Teacher role, my successes have stemmed from essential skills, including Project Based Learning and Students Event Organising. Students were encouraged to build leadership skills during a World-Expo (4th Graders) where students represent different countries and present to the school in traditional costumes and even embodying some of these cultures through food samples and learning to speak their native languages.
Additional in the same year, students were guided to publishing their first fiction novel at a 10 years of age, which were original pieces. I have enhanced my abilities in adapting to children´s needs and cultivated a reputation as a major contributor through teamwork, planning and motivation. I am a collaborative team player who is always searching for opportunities to receive and contribute valuable insights.
With these qualities, I am able to facilitate positive change and impacting outcomes.
