In my previous roles, I have thrived in team-oriented environments where collaboration, empathy, and understanding are paramount. Working closely with diverse groups of individuals, I have honed my communication skills, ensuring that I can convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. These experiences have also allowed me to develop strong empathy and understanding, crucial qualities for creating a positive and supportive learning environment. My journey into the world of education has been through assisting my three younger siblings and friends with their homework. This hands-on experience has not only equipped me with a deep understanding of various subjects but has also allowed me to refine my ability to explain concepts in a way that is accessible and engaging. This practical involvement has fostered my passion for education and ignited a desire to contribute to the academic growth of others. I recently completed the TESOL course, immersing myself in its content and principles. My dedication to understanding the material is evidenced by my completion of the course multiple times, ensuring a comprehensive grasp of the concepts. I am confident that the skills acquired during this program, coupled with my innate ability to connect with learners, will enable me to create a positive and effective online teaching environment. Moreover, my background in conflict resolution has equipped me with the skills necessary to manage and diffuse challenging situations, fostering a harmonious learning atmosphere. I believe that effective conflict resolution is essential in any teaching setting to create an environment where students feel supported and encouraged to learn and grow

I am a firm believer in self-development, I try my best and often read, train, pray and complete my work on a daily basis to ensure that I am the best person I can be. Most people chase happiness, I however believe you're better of chasing after pride. I do not have to be happy but if I am proud of myself, I am fulfilled and sleep very well at night. When you join my class, I am going to develop you not only in English skills but in your mindset too. See you then.
