- Have previous teaching experience at Worcester Guitar Centre for 2 years before moving to London (2017 - 2019).

- Can teach many ranges of abilities from beginner to advanced with a range of topics from music theory, reading, notation, and aural skills as well as how to learn songs and getting to a level to go out work in music whether it be gigs or tuition.

- Composed and produced records with Grammy award winning artists such as Van Hunt, D’angelo, Erykah Badu, Bilal, FKA Twigs, Damon Albarn, Cory Henry, Ahmad Jamaal, Ron Carter and many more…

- 5 years teaching experience prior to doing my masters in local guitar stores in my home town of Worcester.

- Currently a working musician and perform gigs every weekend. - Have worked in many session situations as well as cruise ships, functions and pantomime too.

- Other recent sessions include working on a record with Graham Nash (Crosby, Stills, Nash and Young) and Allan Clarke from The Hollies.

STRANGE FILM EP - POQUET We made this record between 2019 - 2023. It took us many re-writes, re-recordings, re-mixes, re-masters and re-spends to eventually say what we wanted to say. Featuring world renowned artists such as Grammy nominee Kokayi (Nate Smith/ Terri Lyne Carrington), Toussaint Liberator (Soulive), Charles Jones (John Mayer/ Vulfpeck/ Scary Pockets), Lauren Kinsella (Snowpoet) and Lilli Unwin.

As a tutor I love to zone in on what really makes the student enjoy the music they are trying to learn. I find that theory and the tools of music need to be learned in a way that the student can use them in very practical manner to open up the world of music and not just treat it as monotonous exercises that kill the joy of playing. I also hope to make the student be able to truly understand what they're doing when playing and use it to create freedom as well as the importance of using this freedom to play with other musicians in many different situations. Ultimately, have fun and if the student is so inclined, help them to build a solid career doing so.
